So, trust Laundry Rental Scotland, when you’re considering renting your next piece of commercial laundry equipment.
Step 1 – Browse Our Range
We suggest starting off by deciding on what you need for your laundry operation. This might relate to the number of washes you expect to undertake or the space you have available to you within your business premises.
This will start to help you narrow down the list of possible machines that will meet your criteria.
Once you’ve done that…it’s onto step 2!

Step 2 – Decide On Your Term
Next up, consider what is the right term for you and your business. Obviously the shorter the term, the higher the monthly repayments, so consider what budget you have available to you and how this might best be used within your business.
Remember, our rental agreements are available from between 3 to 7 years, so there are plenty of options for you and your business.
Once you’ve done that…Step 3!
Step 3 – Take Delivery & Commission Your Machines
Once you’ve got the machine you want and the term of rental agreement, you’re happy with, it’s simply then a case of taking delivery of your new laundry equipment.
Our service engineers will be on hand to help instal and commission your new machine and provide you with training as to how to get the best out of your machine.
Step 4 – Looking After Your Machine
As part of your rental agreement, our skilled service engineers will visit you on an annual basis to ensure that your machine is working to its’ optimal performance.
Outwith these planned service visits, we are also on hand should any equipment stop working. Your rental agreement also covers you for all parts and labour work that is required to get your machine back up and running again.
Step 5 – The End of Your Rental Agreement
When your rental agreement with us is nearing completion, we’ll be in touch with you to arrange a mutually convenient time to collect your rental equipment.
You’re then free to start a new rental agreement with us or in some cases, clients have even bought their rental machines from us, ask one of our team for more details should this option appeal to you.
